Where is the hospot ? Is it from a smartphone ? What is it running ? Does it have data ?

 

Please use the following instructions for Apple products

I dont have issue with mobile and data it is good and i am using on other devices but i cant access it on my this laptop please guide

Do your OTHER DEVICES support hotspots ? If yes, they will broadcast their SSID's and you can connect EXACTLY the same way as using smartphones.
