HP x2 10-p0xx

I recently ordered a 834590-001 but instead I was sent a 920241-001. The website originally said that the one I received was the one  that was compatible, so I had no problem until I tried to connect it. It wont connect, and its the wrong pen. This is the second pen I have ordered, and so far 60+ dollars have gone down the drain because of this. I really need a working pen, and/or how to make the one I  have work with my HP x2 10-p0xx.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
