I wish to restore my laptop to the setup when I originally set it up

HP laptop 15s-fq0019na
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My system did a reset and I need to restore my original setup

I suggest you perform a System Recovery back to Factory Settings. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04758961
