HP Recommended

The HP firewalls and IP addresses keep failing to properly align. Once again HP has refused to call back. Every business in our building has fast working computers. Noone will assist me. My laptop is permanently off the network. I tried lots of troubleshooting. Firewalls were even turned off,  did reuter reset, unplugged modem ,tried restoring computer. IP addresses are not syncing. It is a HP issue according to our service provider .
