Hi All , I Have a Problem with Wifi Adapter on My OMEN Laptop

WiFi Immediately Disconnects frequently When I Play Any Sound on My OMEN Laptop Speaker !!!

I Bought This Laptop From 2B Store in Egypt Country Because I'm Egyptian And Was Live There on this time

on 13 July 2019 And This is the link Of The Product : HP® Computer and Laptop Store | HP.com

And I Traveled to California to live there Since Several Months 

And I Discovered this issue here in USA

 

Contacted with hp Many Times on Phones , Email & Chat Support

And I Tried Everything to Resolve this problem

it's weird ! why wifi disconnected & the Adapter disabled when i play any sound on speaker !

how is that happend ! and the wifi back again when i turn off the sound

 

HP Sent me a box to sent the Laptop to Them

The Laptop Stays one week , and they replaced the wifi adapter and made a test and told me that everything is good !

when i received the laptop from them , tried to paly a sound again !

and the surprise ! the wifi disconnected again ! The same problem is here !

 

called them many times for one month !

 

Tried to Create another Win 10 OS From the scratch and formating everything 

but nothing good happend , the same problem

 

I Don't Know where is the problem

and HP too doesn't know where is the problem

 

my warranty will end on June 2020

so i need to resolve this issue

to use my laptop normally

without any problem

 

They Called me today and they will send me a box again to send my laptop to them

 

i waste my time and wasted my money !!

35,000 EGP Means 2,200 USD !

 

I Need my money back

or replace this laptop with a new one works good

or resolve my issue and don't waste my time again

Hi

I would try the LapTop with microsoft W10 taken out of the equation, by downloading and making a bootable USB from here...

 

https://linuxmint.com/download.php

 

It does not install, but runs from RAM.

 

If the fault/problem re-occurs then it is likely a HP one, if not then it is likely a W10 one.

 

So if you are serious about solving the problem, try it, before sending back to HP.
