Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please assist, My HP Envy laptop can't connect to the internet using wireless 2.4 or 5GHz.  I checked advanced default settings for the Intel Centrino Advanced N 6235 modem, and they are good. I have a linksys EA8500 i.e., ac2600 with 802.11a,b,g,n & ac. According to Intel, the 6235 will connect to b, g & n.  Thank you
