HP ZBook Fury 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (31Z44AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After one restart, the Wi-Fi device Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz no longer works (error code 43).

I've recently updated Windows and all drivers, but I do not know, if one of the updates had this effect.

(I've already spent hours to fix this, based on the found tips, but nothing seems to be working...)

Could you help me solving this problem?

Today a new driver has been published (v. 23.80.1, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-a...).

I've installed that, reenabled the device, and it seems to be working.

I think, they corrected or adjusted something in the driver to get the device work properly...

Apparently, sometimes it is worth waiting a little bit.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Hi @Zzoltán

try using intel drivers

I'm currenly using the latest Intel driver:

Uninstall the driver, restart the device and reinstall the driver.

I've already done this, too.

When a USB or Wi-Fi component does not work, a Power Reset should be attempted. If this does not work, I am afraid that the Wi-Fi card may be damaged.

I've tried also that... It did not work.

Some moths ago, I had the same problem, and I  could solve the problem by following the instructions (accepted solution) found in the following site:

https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/Wifi-driver-AX201-not-working/m-p/1377626

But now, it does not work.

How can I have the card replaced if I have a valid warranty?
HP Recommended

You can then contact HP and have your warranty validated.
