HP Recommended

I am using Windows 11 on a ZBook Fury G10.  The WWAN modem is the part pointed by HP - Intel XMM 7560R+ LTE-A Pro.  I have a contract for cellular data and a corresponding SIM. The modem appears in Device Manager with the above mentioned name.

I cannot use the modem : the software is asking me to insert the SIM - which sim is already inserted.

The signal is 4G quality in my area and I am receiving data at 4G by my phone.

The SIM is in good state - inserted on an external modem it is usable.

I did not found any driver for it - it appears in Device Manager after a kind of a firmware.

I don't know what to do - the 5G modem is more expensive.

Please - let me know - could it be the software the reason of such a behaviour ?

Thank you for any idea.

Florin
