The "add bluetooth of other devices" menu wont load
Microsoft support said it was because i didnt have the Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver

Try to install/update the intel wireless bluetooth driver:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005975/wireless.html

 

(1) recommended: Automatically identify and update your drivers and software 

Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) is the easiest way to identify your Intel® Wireless Adapter and driver version. 

 

(2) Manually identify your Intel® Wireless Adapter and Bluetooth driver version to download the correct drivers
