@sophia277472901, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

No worries, let's get your HP laptop back online! Here are some steps you can try:

Check the Wireless Signal:

  • Look for a wireless key or button on your laptop (it might have an icon of an airplane or a wireless signal).
  • Press the button once, wait a few seconds, and see if the wireless connection icon changes.

Update Hardware Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu).
  • Find your wireless adapter under "Network adapters," right-click it, and select "Update driver".

Run HP Support Assistant Network Diagnostics:

  • Open HP Support Assistant (search for it in the Start menu or taskbar).
  • Use the Network Check tool to diagnose and fix network issues.

Run Windows Network Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
  • Click on Network troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

Reinstall Wireless Drivers:

  • In Device Manager, right-click your wireless adapter and select "Uninstall device."
  • Restart your laptop, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
