Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9480m Notebook PC

Hello! I have been having this issue for a while actually but unfortunately it has gotten worse and I can't find a solution. My problem is my internet is constantly turning off where it says "no networks available* when there are networks and sometimes my screen freezes just for a second. I currently live at at suite meaning I have no control of the route. I restarted my laptop at least several times, reset my network, updated my adapters but I still have no luck. I just wanna get this issue fixed as I have to stay on track with work.
