HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

When I bring my laptop which is a Windows operating system 11 on my specter 360, it will not connect to the Wi-Fi in our apartment in Chicago. All other devices work fine in the apartment. We have tried the following: Rebooted the computer, no change. shut off all other devices, no connection. Shut off the Norton firewall, no luck. We use a Linksys router, and the Internet light on the connection, is blinking green.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello @Citation1954

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

Can you temporarily connect the notebook to the router with a LAN cable to download the drivers ? I would help you.

Hello @Citation1954

You need to install this driver on your notebook:

(1) Install file  WiFi-22.140.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe on your notebook

(2) Reboot and test again ...
