- Check Internet Connection
Make sure your laptop is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
- Run HP Network Check Tool
Use the HP Support Assistant to automatically diagnose and fix network issues:- Download or open HP Support Assistant from your laptop.
- Select your device > go to Troubleshooting and Fixes > choose HP Network Check.

- Update Network Drivers
- Open Device Manager.
