Internet speed

HP Recommended
HP 430 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Grazie in anticipo

I bought this new product yesterday and when I was surfing the internet it was very fast and did not give any problems.

Today when I tried to do the same thing he started jerking (with ping jumps from 15ms to 300ms) and slowly, despite me changing the connection 3 times.

Since I bought it I have always made all the updates and the only applications I have installed are those of the Microsoft 365 package.

Could someone help me figure out how to solve my problem? Thanks in advance
