Is the BE200 (non-pro) wifi card compatible with the Omen notebook noted? I currently have an AX201 installed with upgraded drivers.

According to the service manual, your notebook's Wi-Fi adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
I see no Wi-Fi card part numbers or a procedure to remove and replace the Wi-Fi card.
Chapter 6 page 49 does reference a procedure to removing the 'WLAN antennas from integrated WLAN module' when removing and replacing the system board.
