At hp support assistant in windows security its showing network firewall is off ,but at windows security it showing that it is on.
is this dangerous for my laptop?

If windows indicates that it is active, there is no problem, maybe it is a conflict of the HP Support Assistant. Anyway, in the windows search engine type, Windows Firewall and click on the result and see that all your networks are protected.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
