Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After yesterday's automatic update, my laptop is now losing internet connection every minute or 2 for about 20 seconds. It just pops off and on.

Yeah, I have the same problem on my brand new hp envy 15-eu0002nl with windows 11. Seems like that the wifi driver is broken

Hi@Kimber8, @christianvari,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing internet connection issues with the HP Notebook.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Try updating the wireless driver or the network adapters from HP.COM
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
