My laptop keeps getting kicked off my internet. Why?! Please help.

You may have a weak signal or you might be connected to the 2.4ghz band instead of the 5ghz.  This can happen if the SSIDs for both bands are the same.   Some suggestions

 

How to select the 2.4 or the 5ghz band (your card may be different)

Be sure to find the channel that has the least amount of noiseBestChannel.png

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
