Lápiz 2.0 inclinable no carga completamente

Hola. Agradezco ampliamente a quien pueda orientarme. El día de hoy puse a cargar el lapiz reclinable de mi computador HP pavilion 360, nunca lo había usado desde que lo compré (3 años aprox), ahora lo requiero, el problema es que el lapiz emite una luz ámbar permanente, no cambia la luz blanca a pesar de haberlo cargado casi por 24h en mi dispositivo, intenté cambiar el punto de carga y el cable y aun así no consigo que cargue. ¿Alguien podría ayudar?
