LAN and WIFI gone

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion 15z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ability to connect to the internet disappeared.  WiFi is gone and the only thing that shows up in device manger under Network adapters is a list if WAN miniports. I performed a full, 100% clean install of windows.  If I plug in an Ethernet cable it’s not recognized (tried several).

@chrisag92

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the wireless and wired connection on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you perform a test on the wireless card and the Ethernet card to make sure whether the issue is hardware or software related.

Refer to the below article for detailed steps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
