Laptop HP Probook 450 G5

Hello friends, 

I need assistance, Last week on Friday I got a problem with my  HP Probook 450 G5. I tried to access the network at work and it couldn't connect to internet. I also failed to ping the AD but could ping other computers and all other computers are able to ping the AD. When I checked the Device Manager, I got the results as in the image below;

I installed fresh Operating system and I have downloaded other drivers and installed but still it's not working as shown below;

Please I need help

Is it your PRIVATE machine  or from from employer ? In both cases, please contact your IT department and ask them for help.

I don't know the policy of your organization but at my old work place (I'm a retiree now) only machines from work can access to work Network from anywhere in the world. Work machines can use my home network to connect to work network but when at my home network. From work network I could use internet but not directly from my home network.

It is a work Laptop and configured by the IT Team to access Internet and the network. However, my adapter is not allowing traffic.
