[Laptop] Internet connection keeps disconnecting

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Internet keeps disconnecting from my connection with a yellow warning icon on this laptop. The internet runs fine on my Desktop computer and phone,  but my it won't work on my laptop. When it says it's connected, the internet loads slow. I went to Windows Network Diagnostics and it says the following problem found: "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection." How can I fix this issue?
