HP Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I really don't know what to do to fix this issue but it incredibly frustrating. Every time I turn on my laptop the internet connection for the whole house goes down.

We have a number of devices connected and it is only my spectre that seems to cause this issue.

It tends to stay connected for a few minutes then everything crashes, any advice appreciated as I do not know where to start.

Hi

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR copy and use the individual command lines as needed.

Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

Ping, failed with status timed out?

Hi

Before it gets the ping part there are drivers and interfaces.

However start at the beginning...

Make, Model and OS please.

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

Establish that you have the correct Wi-Fi adapter and drivers.

Then that the gateway etc is accurate.

The Wi-Fi is on which frequency.

Hi

So you have a working WiFI.  Running at 130 Mbps.

Because the ping failed it suggests a problem with the configuration.
