Hello,

 

I bought a brand-new HP Envy x360 in Belgium, still on warranty. 

 

I recently noticed that connection suddenly drops, even though Windows shows that my computer is connected to the wifi (maybe I'm wrong, I haven't noticed any changes in the wifi icons). When I use Google Chrome, once every 10-15 minutes my internet suddenly freezes and then shows me the ""ERR_TIMED_OUT". I tried to ping youtube.com, but it took too long to respond or receive a signal back. I am having a realtek rtl8852ae wifi 6 802.11ax pcie adapter.

 

Interestingly enough, I am having the issue only on this particular laptop. I have another Envy x360 bought last year, but it shows no errors whatsoever.

 

Could anyone help me?
