Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a modem from Nomad. Everything was working fine until about 5 days ago when my laptop started disconnecting after 1-3 minutes. I set the autoconnect on but it gets deleted and the laptop disconnects from the modem. Nomad tells me everything is good on their side. My phone hotspot does not have the same problem so it seems that the Nomad could be the problem. It may be a language thing between the two but I don't have any idea how to fix it.
