Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having issues connecting to the internet via ethernet cable and it seems that I have to do a network reset everyday. Even so, it doesn't seem to work sometimes. Wireless connection is working fine tho. Need some help pls!

Please try a CAT5e or CAT6 cable. Hope this helps.

Hi BH, I have always been using CAT 7 cable and never had problems until recently. This usually happens after Windows is updated. Could it be the update that is messing with the driver?
