Pavilion x360-14-ba153cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good afternoon all: My Pavilion 360xl connects just fine to my wife's cellphone wireless hotspot, but it won't connect properly to my cellphone hotspot, even the 2 phones are identical. It says I am connected, but no data transmits. On startup I get an error message stating "unable to locate file C:\Windows\System32\Logil.DA.dll." Not sure that relates, but doesn't seem to affect wife's phone, or much else that I can tell. Both phones are on the same carrier, but 2 separate plans. All of this predates, and has continued after recent driver downloads, antivirus downloads and Windows updates. Any suggestions? Thanks

Please does not fix your computer, fix your plan instead. What is the difference of 2 plans ?
