Product: HP 245 G8 Notebook PC (443K2AV)

Every few days my laptop reboots without warning after which the WiFi section of Network Settings is no longer available.  I have to perform a Network Reset in order to recover it.  On the last occasion the video driver was also disabled and I had to enable it in Device Manager.  Can you tell y why this is happening?  Thanks
