Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV)
I was on the internet and suddenly I lost access to the internet. The laptop no longer recognizes any wi-fi network connection. The buttons showing wi-fi connection and airplane mode are gone/greyed out. It's not the wi-fi itself b/c I'm using another computer that connected w/o issue. I uninstalled the wi-fi and rebooted my laptop, but nothing worked. The laptop doesn't see any available wi-fi networks. It's like the laptop got rid of the driver. I did troubleshooting, it says it can't because wi-fi is turned off. Is my computer hacked?
