Compaq Presario CQ57-339WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just switched to T-Mobile internet 5 days ago.  I'm having issues with the above named computer. Our network is not showing up in the list. Though other networks are.  We have 2 phones,  a laptop,  a television and a Roku all connected,  but this laptop refuses to find the network let alone connect.  T-Mobile had me unplug the modem and turn it off.  They did some diagnostics and said that the gateway is going to it and suggested I reach out to HP.  Has anyone else experienced this that can help.  FYI,  I've already went through and made certain everything thst ought be on is and on Automatic and set the DWORD to 2. Thank you for your help,  Debra.
