Perfect, thank you!

You're very welcome.

The hardest part of the operation is removing and replacing the delicate antenna wires.

Just be gentle, and make sure you securely reattach them to the new card.

It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to replace the wlan card if you have never done it before.

Make sure you remove the main battery and ac adapter before working inside the PC.

Hi, I have a similar question for my HP 17 x020nr. I recently upgraded to minimum 400 mbps internet and my card is only at 50-60mbps while ethernet is maxed at around 100mbps. I called HP support and I told them I wanted to replace my wifi Realtek adapter for one that handles the higher speeds, 5.0 ghz,  and is compatible with my model laptop. The HP rep must have misunderstood and  ordered me a USB adapter that maxes out at only 400 at 5ghz. I don't want to use up a USB port, but rather swap out the existing wifi card. Do you know which wifi adapter I can install in this case for my HP17 x020nr? Thanks much.
