I bought this HP laptop Aug last year. Just yesterday, biglang ayaw niya nalang magcharge hanggang sa nadeads nalang. I contacted their support via WhatsApp, we did some troubleshooting but hindi pa rin naayos. Magpapadala raw ng tech sa bahay namin mismo para icheck at ayusin laptop. May naka-experience na rin ba ng ganito? Nagpadala ba talaga sila ng tech sa bahay? Also, ilang araw inabot bago may pumuntang tech?
