Product: HP Pavilion Aero 13.3 inch Laptop PC 13-be0000 (3B3W4AV)

I am not able to login in as my laptop is saying I need wifi connection however my laptop won’t connect to my wifi without being able to login. Resetting doesn’t work either. Any answers?
