Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am a longtome user but apparently still a novice.  I just renamed my wifi and associated password.  I lost access from wifi to my printer.  All of the easy solutions are lost to me since the restore options are all locked.  I cannot just press the button on the printer and restore wifi since that is locked.  Can anyone hel

HP Recommended

The wireless report indicates that my printer is connected to wifi but I still cannot print with wifi.  My system shows that the printer is setup for scan only.  HP smart has been no help since it cannot locate my printer only this scanner version (????)
