OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L4AV)

Hi, i bought this computer yesterday and i immediately saw that internet was going really slow considering that i have a 1 gbps fiber connection but i only get 30 ping and around 30mbps in download. I download files at only 7mb/s...

I already updated all my drivers, tried to connect via ethernet, but it only changes that instead of 30 ping, i get 5 ping.

In the omen hub, it says that i have around 380 mbps in download both in wifi and ethernet, which is still too slow considering that my other laptop connected via ethernet has 900 mbps in download. What can i do? Is this a malfunction of my computer or is it just a driver problem? Screenshot (2).png

EDIT SAME DAY:

After installing a different version of the realtek driver, the ping and upload speed are now normale, in line with the other devices, but download speed is still slow comparing it with other devices where i get from 300mbps to 600mbps in wireless connection.Screenshot (3).png What's the problem with my download speed on this laptop?
