Hi

In order for me to connect my printer to my university accommodation WiFi I need to have the MAC address for the printer, however I can’t find this. I saw a solve for this problem for someone else, but it’s not working for me.
when I push the two buttons all I get is a test WPS pin not a MAC address.
Could someone please advise me on how I would find the MAC address?
Thank you 🙂

There is more than a single option to find the MAC address.

If one method does not provide the results you seek, try a different report.

Options and examples of the various reports are included in the document:

 Printing Self-Test Pages

For example

Section: Print a Wireless Network Test page

or

Section:  Print a Network Configuration Page

If you are interested in doing so, the printer can be connected wirelessly directly from the printer to your computer.  This is called Wi-Fi Direct - the option does not require a router and you do not have to be connected to the University Wi-Fi to use it.   If interested,

User Guide - starting on Page 23

and

 Printing with Wi-Fi Direct

Printer  Home Page - References and Resources – Learn about your Printer  - Solve Problems
