Hi @SUNNY241,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're experiencing connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi on your HP Pavilion x360 laptop. There could be various reasons for this problem, ranging from software settings to hardware issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary connectivity issues. Turn off your laptop, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Check Airplane Mode: Make sure that Airplane Mode is turned off. Airplane Mode disables all wireless communication, including Wi-Fi.
- Toggle Wi-Fi On/Off: Turn off the Wi-Fi on your laptop and then turn it back on. You can usually do this through the network settings or by using the function keys (often F12) that control wireless communication.
- Update Network Drivers: Outdated or corrupted network drivers can cause connectivity issues. Visit the HP support website, enter your laptop's model number, and download the latest Wi-Fi drivers. Install them and see if it improves the situation.
- Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi Network: Sometimes, reestablishing the connection to the Wi-Fi network can help. Forget the network, restart your laptop, and then reconnect to the network by entering the password.
- Reset Network Settings: Resetting the network settings to default can sometimes resolve issues. You can usually find this option in the network settings of your operating system.
- Check Power Management Settings: Sometimes, power-saving settings can interfere with Wi-Fi connectivity. Go to your laptop's power settings and ensure that the Wi-Fi adapter isn't set to turn off to save power.
- Update Operating System: Ensure that your operating system is up to date with the latest updates and patches. Sometimes, updates include bug fixes that could help with connectivity issues.
- Check for Interference: Ensure that there are no physical obstacles blocking the Wi-Fi signal and that there aren't other electronic devices causing interference with the signal.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
