The wifi network is not working. It shows ful network but acces to internet is not being functioned. Please let me know how to install/repaier wifi driver properly?

My Product No is XR691PA#ACJ

 

and driver of youcam is also corrupt. Camera does'nt work. 😞

no..
I have downloaded frm given link. but it isnt working.

and youcam (Web Camera) is alos not working.

Then I would recommend that you make sure you have the latest BIOS loaded from the site I just gave you.

Then after that you can first try a system restore, here is a link.

Just click on the heading for "Returning the computer to a previous restore point"

Then choose a date prior to when the issue started.

 

If that fails you should run recovery, you type it into the start window or tap "f11" while booting up.
