Microsoft Windows 11

Dear all

I have turned off Network adapters in Device Manager. I have turned off Wifi in Windows.

1.

Has there been any instances, stories etc. where: hidden malicious software turned on the network

adaptor with malicious intent, without the user knowing or showing the computer has internet?

2.

Has there been any instances, stories etc., where: a HP laptop contained hidden network hardware, which it

used to connect to cellular (outside of the wifi), without the user knowing or showing the computer has internet, and then using

this hidden internet connection with malicious intent?

Thank you for replying

Best regards
