HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx

I was having issues where I would lose audio every time I paused or changed a video. I went to microsoft help through the audio settings on my computer. They remotely got on my computer to trouble shoot and find a fix. After a lot of downloading and restarting of different Drivers, they fixed my audio issue.... I think. I lost my Wi-fi through the process. They worked on the issue for 3 days, downloaded a lot of drivers from the HP center and set up everything according to the "recommended" setting for my computer. I still don't have Wi-fi and it is hurting my work now. I am about to abandon HP products and go get a new computer. please help!

P.S. I can answer some questions and do a few things, but if you are going to make me fix things myself, I need VERY detailed instructions.... I'm not EXTREMELY computer savy.

My current driver that was installed to try and fix the issue and is useless no matter how many times it was updated or reinstalled is:  Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz

When I run a network check, it shows this message:  code 10 and code 43

Hello @Jeff_Salisbury

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

I wonder about geeks working remotely on an audio problem for 3 days and also making the wifi device unusable ?

(1) Use another "online" Windows computer to visit --->>> Intel Wi-Fi Site

Download WiFi-22.190.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe to <USB flash drive>

(2) Use <USB Flash drive> on your current "offline" notebook

- Install Intel driver WiFi-22.190.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe

(3Restart Windows

(4Please report back

Kind regards
