Product: HP Pavilion g6 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I tried to connect my phone to my PC but it wont communicate with it. I also tried to use the bluetooth but same problem. I have tried to reinstall the drivers but no way, I have also downloaded the drivers still not resolved.

It is showing yellow exclamation mark on both the teredo tunelling and bluetooth in the device manager.

Recent soft wares are driverpack, dfinstall,exe, microsoft_teredo_tunneling_adapter_updated.zip, Restoro.exe, Drivertoolkitinstaller.exe

My internet connection via modem active.
