Product: HP Bluetooth® Mouse Z5000

Sometimes the mousewheel of my HP BT Mouse Z5000 gets stuck, hardly restarting moving in one direction or the other.

The device is stil covered by warranty (purchase date 17/01/2022).

I think I need to return the mouse to HP Assistance or in any Service Point.
