My 5g wifi network is not showing

I assume your modem/router does both 5g and 2.4g and each has a diffierent SSID but the same password

 

If not then you might want to log into the modem and make some improvements such as different SSID for different bands and find the cleanest channel:

I have an Arris modem, yours may be different. This tutorial is helpful. The username might be "admin" and the password should be printed somewhere on the modem. If not, then use that tutorial. Use a different name for the 2.4 and the 5ghz bands. To keep it simple, use the same password and use only numeric digits such as someone's phone number. When in the router, run the app that finds the channel with the least amount of noise for both bands.

 

If the problem is your AIO, laptop or printer, then Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
