Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We installed a new router last week. The printer has stopped receiving print from the laptop. I have pressed the WiFi button on the back and it is glowing purple as in the HP instructions but it is not moving on to connecting with the router. I have followed the instruction to turn off the router for 60 seconds.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following Guide:

                  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1736500-1626554-16

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.

Many thanks for your advice. The printer and router finally connected after many repeated attempts. I still don't know why they did not to start with but finally did. Much relief!!!
