Unfortunately, that model Realtek Bluetooth adapter is not supported for W10.

 

No W10 drivers were ever released for it.

 

You can use a USB Bluetooth adapter, or I see one model Wi-Fi card in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual where the Bluetooth might work on W10.  However, I am not 100% sure...

Since your notebook has a BIOS whitelist, if you want to upgrade the Wi-Fi card, you must buy one that has the HP part number on it or it will not work at all.

 

You may be able to find the card on eBay.  Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi card.
