Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i have tried a lot of things to get my bluetooth to work but it never works and i want it to work so how can i fix this?

Hi:

 

The reason the bluetooth doesn't work is because your notebook does not have built in bluetooth networking.

 

Below is the link to the product specs page for your notebook.

If it came with bluetooth that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) wireless connectivity specification.
