It's an HP envy 360x sorry I'm new to this, I do own it. (Typing this on my back up MacBook Air.)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It just doesn't show any network connections. I've tried a network reset, a full reset of the PC, turning on and off the computer, and restarting the computer. Nothing fixed it. Please help 🙂

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small letters.

(2) Update wifi driver

(3) Install optimizer

HP Connection Optimizer

2.0.17.0 Rev.A8.7 MBJun 9, 2020Download

 

(4) Reboot your Notebook (clean shutdown and clean start)

 

(5) Test again ...
