Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Pavilion and updated to Windows 11. Worked fine. One of my printers went offline and I haven't been able to get it back online. Had HP support help me. Gave her remote access to my laptop. We were at the stage where we were waiting for the printer to complete give info to the router. Finally, I realized something was wrong after nothing happened for quite some time. I then discovered that my help was disconnected. The program was trying to reconnect. It couldn't. It was then that I discovered that my laptop was now offline too. My phone was still connected so I tried reconnecting to the Wi-FI. No good. After several tries I ran a diagnostic. "Problem with wireless adapter or access point".  Plus, " A network cable is not properly plugged in bor may be broken". No broken cables. And all are seated properly. I still get the first problem after running the diagnostic two more times. Can I fix this?
