Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The pen that came with my HP ENVY randomly stopped working when I was taking notes. Now it does not work with the laptop though the pen is fully charged. The pen has two side buttons and is rechargeable. I have looked through many support options and updated my drivers to see if it would resolve the issue and still nothing. I don't know if it could be a Bluetooth driver issue, or if there are other potential issues on why it won't connect or work anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
