Thanks for the post, I understand that you are unable to use AirPrint from your iPad, I will be happy to help.
I would like to know if you have changed the router/modem?
May I know the model of the printer you are using?
Recommend you to check for updates for your iPad and other apps on the iPad.
Restart the printer, router, and the iPad and try again.
Please refer to this article, it explains how to Airprint and also provides troubleshooting steps to fix the concern.
